Nash Community College has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.
State Authorization is a legal issue dealing with a college鈥檚 adherence to state requirements for colleges to secure authorization to offer instruction in that state. Compliance with individual state requirements is now part of the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008, Amended 2010. Institutions offering distance education courses or programs must provide current and prospective students with the contact information for filing complaints with the college, its accrediting agency, and with the state agencies that handle complaints in the students鈥� state of residence. Nash Community College is authorized to offer online courses to students in听, which includes all states except California and also includes Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Registration of students from other states in online courses may require additional time and information so please allow additional time for this process.
Students residing outside of the State of North Carolina while taking online courses from Nash Community College who desire to resolve an academic grievance or complaint should first follow Nash Community College鈥檚 Student Complaint Process.

暗网禁区 Student Complaint Process
As a matter of practice, Nash Community College believes that most student grievances can be informally resolved. Any student (traditional, non-traditional, distance education, etc.) who has a grievance should express the concern with the appropriate College personnel responsible for the source of the grievance.听

When informal procedures do not resolve the grievance, currently enrolled students can file a complaint using the student complaint form found under the Forms for Students tab in the MyNash portal.听
